We had an amazing stay at Desert Nights! The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of the oasis. The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a private bathroom. The staff was helpful and even were very good too assist us with tour bookings and translations. We also enjoyed access to a pool at a nearby hotel and received a discount at the on-site restaurant. I highly recommend this hotel for a great experience in Ica.

Comfy beds and fans in the room were a plus, along with the electrical ports by each bed. the rooftop restaurant had a nice ambiance. the location was great, close to key attractions. Access to a nearby pool was an added advantage.
the showers had cold water, which was really disappointing. the rooms were quite shabby and could definitely use some renovations.

I recently stayed at Desert Nights in Huacachina for 3 nights. The private room was spacious with comfy beds. The hostel is centrally located and offers a 10% discount at their restaurant. The kitchen is clean and well-equipped. The bathrooms are spotless and there are plenty of them. Bag storage, Netflix, and various seating areas are available. Plus, you can access the pool at the eco-lodge across the road.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more!

For the price, Desert Nights in Ica was a great value. The room was comfortable with a cozy bed and a fan, and there were electrical ports by each bed. The rooftop restaurant had a nice ambiance, even though the food was a bit dry and chewy. The staff was friendly and I got a discount with my Peru Hop wristband. The location was perfect, right by the oasis, but be prepared for some noise at night since Huacachina is a party town. The highlight was hiking up the sand dunes to catch the amazing sunrise and sunset.
As for breakfast offerings, it would have been nice to have coffee included. The hotel itself was a bit run down, with worn-out furniture and a harsh smell of cleaner in the room that was irritating.

The location of the hostel was great, right on the walkway around the water. The view from my dorm room was lovely, overlooking the town and the dunes. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with a thick duvet that felt luxurious. The water pressure in the showers was fantastic, and the hot water was a pleasant surprise.
The Wi-Fi was a bit spotty and only worked in certain areas. The pillows were quite thin, as seems to be common in South America.

I got great value for my money at Desert Nights. The room was comfy with a fan and electrical ports by each bed. The location was perfect - a bit of distance from the party bars, but still within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The breakfast experience could be improved with a wider variety of options.

We absolutely loved our stay at Desert Nights Hostel! the hostel's attached restaurant was not only fantastic but also affordable, offering a delicious pancake breakfast. the location was perfect for us as foreign tourists, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. We also had the opportunity to enjoy a thrilling Sandboarding and dune buggy tour with Sandboarding Peru, a fantastic company located right next to the hostel. Another perk was the access to the neighboring hostel's pool. we had a wonderful experience with plenty of facilities and activities to keep us entertained.
We felt extremely safe during our stay and have no complaints whatsoever.

We loved the spacious and clean triple room with two queen beds and a double bunk bed. the location right in front of the lagoon was excellent and made for a beautiful view. the restaurant and bar on the top three floors of the building offered a stunning view of the lagoon. the food was delicious, and being hotel guests gave us a discount. a great value for money compared to other hotels in the area.
We felt very well taken care of, with no complaints whatsoever.
